You are also required to provide accurate, truthful, and current information when registering and to keep your profile details up to date. Providing false information may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds held therein.

You are solely responsible for the security of your login credentials. You must not share your password or allow any third party to access your account. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify our support team promptly. We cannot be held responsible for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account details.

Deposits, Bonuses, and Withdrawals

The minimum deposit required to fund your account is £20. When a bonus is activated, the applicable wagering requirement must be completed before any withdrawal from the bonus balance can be processed. For our welcome bonus, a 40x wagering target applies to the bonus balance. During any period in which a bonus is active, your real-money balance will be used first for wagers, and a maximum single bet of £5 applies. Attempting to circumvent these conditions — for example, by placing bets that do not contribute to the wagering requirement, or by exploiting bonus terms through irregular play patterns — constitutes a breach of these terms.

Withdrawals are subject to a minimum threshold of £20. We aim to process withdrawal requests within 0 to 24 hours, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and any verification requirements that apply to your account. We may request identity and payment verification documents before releasing funds, in accordance with our anti-fraud and responsible gambling obligations.

Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to: operating multiple accounts, colluding with other players, using automated software or scripts to interact with games, engaging in fraudulent chargebacks, or any other activity intended to gain an unfair advantage. Where we identify such conduct, we reserve the right to suspend your account, withhold withdrawals, and pursue any appropriate remedies available to us.

Any dispute arising from your use of Vegas Hero should be raised with our support team in the first instance. We will endeavour to resolve all complaints fairly and in a timely manner. These terms are governed by the applicable regulatory framework under which Win Top Ltd holds its licence, issued by Curaçao eGaming under licence number ALSI-202505034-FI2.
